clinical supervision
I have been supervising psychologists, social workers, clinical psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists and counsellors since 2014. I am a Board approved Supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia and have approval to supervise clinical endorsement pathways.
I have also assisted with the AASW Mental Health Accreditation process as a supervisor and deeply value the strengths of all of the exceptional social workers I have had the benefit of working with in multi-disciplinary teams.
I am available for one off consultations as well as ongoing supervision. I will let you know if I feel that I am not the best person for your needs where I feel you would benefit from someone with more competence in your field.
what supervision will look like
my aim is to work with you to meet your supervision needs. I believe my role is to help create, and support professionals to be the best therapist they can be within the limitations under which we all work. The systemic constraints on your ability to do this will be considered in parallel with your own strengths.
