therapeutic approach

I have been inspired to create therapy for therapists to utilise the powerful aspects of humanistic and existential psychotherapy to create a place for deep reflection. I understand that you are not seeking me out to be reminded to use your skills, label your thoughts or challenge your assumptions. I will also not challenge you to be a model version of a clinician or therapist, and I will have endless compassion for the experience you have in life as both a therapist and human.
